Terms of use
Plain terms for a tool that gives you numbers. Using CoreForge Meter means you accept them.
Who we are
CoreForge Meter is operated by Creator CoreForge Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Creator CoreForge Inc.. If you use Meter on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company.
What the tool is
CoreForge Meter reads GPU invoices and produces spend estimates, waste flags and planning figures. It is a decision aid, not financial, tax or engineering advice.
Billed versus Estimated
Every figure in a report carries one of two labels. Billed figures are read directly off your invoice and are exact. Estimated figures are derived from a reference price table or a model and carry a source date. Invoices record what you were charged, not what your GPUs were doing — a flag for a continuously-billed pod is a question to answer, not confirmed waste.
Reference GPU prices move. We date them and show them on the page so you can check them, and you should verify any recommendation before you act on it. We are not liable for decisions made on an estimate that turned out to differ from your real result.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
The free report needs no account or payment. Paid plans (Solo and Team) are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually as you choose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged on renewal, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Plan changes made from the billing page take effect as Stripe shows you before you confirm.
If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, email support@creatorcoreforge.com within 30 days of the first payment for a new subscription and we will refund that payment in full. After that window, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time; cancelling stops future charges. Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.
Your account and data
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. On a Team plan, the account owner controls who has a seat, and saved reports are shared with the owner and the other members of that team. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or fails to pay.
Benchmark contribution
Requesting an optional email summary contributes the anonymised figures from your audit to the CoreForge GPU Spend Benchmark, as described in the privacy policy. By requesting an email summary you agree to that anonymised contribution.
RunPod recommendations
We cover RunPod only. Recommendations come from the reference rate table and your own invoice figures, both of which are shown to you.
RunPod links on this site are referral links. If you sign up or spend through them, RunPod may pay us a referral reward at no extra cost to you. That does not change the figures in your report.
Acceptable use
Don't upload data you have no right to share, don't attempt to break or overload the service, and don't resell the output as your own audit product without a written agreement.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
Meter is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that any estimate, price or saving is accurate or will be achieved.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Creator CoreForge Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Meter. Our total liability for any claim relating to Meter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100 if you have not paid us anything.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the last change. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will email you before it takes effect. Questions: support@creatorcoreforge.com.
